YEARLY membership terms are for the period of October 1st, 2022 – September 30th, 2023

WINTER ONLY membership terms are for the period of October 1st, 2022 – April 30th, 2023

Reservations:

 

All MEMBERS receive a 21-day advanced booking for Trackman Simulator Golf or PUTTVIEW

PUBLIC receive a 7-day advanced booking for Trackman Simulator Golf or PUTTVIEW STUDIO

Guest play: 

 

Guest play will be permitted at the outlined rates.

 

Exclusive Club Events:

 

From time to time our club will host exclusive events that are for members only. Members may also rent out the entire facility for corporate events.

 

Food and Beverage:

 

Our goal will be to offer limited food and beverage service during peak hours of operation. We have our liquor license and food permit so we will be offering basic food and drink options. We will allow outside food but no outside drinks are permitted. Corkage charge is available upon request.

 

Tee Time Cancellation Policy:

 

24 hour cancellation is appreciated and we will continue to evaluate based on issues that arise.

 

Patron Enjoyment: 

 

Members and Guests are expected to respect the facility for the enjoyment of other members and guests. It is also imperative that they respect the staff members and the authority that they are granted. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension, or termination of membership.

General Rules of the Club:

 

• Only members in good standing, their families and registered guests are able to use the facilities.

• Members and guests are responsible for the safety of their children up to the age of 14 at which point they are able to use the facility by themselves.

• Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the facility.

• Pets are not permitted in the facility.

• Members and guests are responsible for the security of their own equipment and belongings inside our facility.

• Conduct or behavior to the embarrassment of other members, or staff will not be tolerated and grounds for expulsion from the club.

• Outside alcoholic beverages will not be allowed.

• Outside food such as Skip the Dishes will be permitted however we ask members to leave the facility as they found it.

 

Transfer of membership:

 

Ability to sell to someone else with consent from Golf Factory which cannot be unreasonably withheld. The Golf Factory will have the right of first refusal to reacquire the membership at the prorated price. If The Golf Factory declines to reacquire the membership, the member is at liberty to sell to whomever they wish at whatever price they desire.
